How should retail be shielded from inflation?

This trend is on the rise, since, according to a McKinsey study, sales made through live ecommerce would reach 10 to 20% of all ecommerce sales by 2026. Their conversion rates are almost 10 times higher than traditional ecommerce sales. The categories that use this tool the most are: fashion, beauty products, food, electronics, furniture and decoration.   

With the help of technology, brands don't need to invest large sums to shield themselves from crises, they just need to take advantage of new trends and the closeness that can be developed through social networks and streaming videos.
